FactoryTender will not knowingly facilitate illegal goods or services; weapons, ammunition or explosives; tobacco or vaping products; counterfeit or infringing products; unlawful controlled substances; sanctions evasion; deceptive health or safety claims; or work intended to bypass a licence, regulator, export control or product-safety duty.
Manual compliance review required
Pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, veterinary products, alcohol, dangerous goods, batteries, industrial chemicals, defence or aerospace items, critical infrastructure components, export-controlled technology and products making therapeutic or disease claims require classification and evidence review before any manufacturer is contacted.
Information required
A review may require product classification, intended claims and markets, licences, responsible-person details, ingredient or material status, safety data, export-control classification, required standards and the identity of the party taking regulatory responsibility. Do not send restricted technical data until a lawful access method is confirmed.
No acceptance by silence
Receiving, acknowledging or discussing an enquiry does not mean FactoryTender has accepted the work, confirmed legality or identified a suitable manufacturer. FactoryTender may pause, narrow or decline any matter where authority, safety, insurance, confidentiality or capability is uncertain.
