Ownership and conflicts

FactoryTender is operated by SachetsCo, with explicit safeguards.

FactoryTender is a service operated by SachetsCo Pty Ltd, ABN 24 628 241 501. SachetsCo funds the platform and also conducts contract manufacturing, which creates potential conflicts that must be visible and controlled.

Opening marketplace control: SachetsCo manufacturing is excluded from bidding on FactoryTender tender opportunities. Foundry is a separate opt-in venture-validation program, not an exception hidden inside the tender process.

Ownership and legal identity

FactoryTender is a business service of SachetsCo Pty Ltd, ABN 24 628 241 501. It is not presently a separate legal company. SachetsCo funds the platform build and operation. That does not promise that SachetsCo will fund an applicant or venture.

How opportunities are handled

Buyer briefs are assessed against stated capability, MOQ, geography, standards, timing and commercial fit. Manufacturers cannot pay to improve verification, shortlist position or selection. The buyer retains the final selection and contracting decision.

Information separation

FactoryTender uses a dedicated domain, restricted submission registers and separate file controls within SachetsCo. Buyer formulas, artwork, pricing and manufacturer bids must not be placed in SachetsCo’s ordinary manufacturing systems, shared with SachetsCo production staff or made available to Foundry applicants and ventures.

Foundry separation and SachetsCo’s interest

FactoryTender Foundry is an expressly opt-in program for builders seeking a possible venture, licensing, supply or manufacturing relationship with SachetsCo. Foundry applications are stored in a separate queue and do not affect marketplace verification, ranking, invitations or selection. SachetsCo may seek majority ownership and may manufacture for an approved Foundry NewCo, but only outside the tender process and under separately negotiated written agreements.

Commercial role

FactoryTender may charge the buyer an agreed sourcing or tender-management fee. Buyers and manufacturers contract and pay each other directly. FactoryTender does not secretly mark up the manufacturer’s quote or accept undisclosed commissions.

Verification limits

A check records only the evidence type, scope and date stated. It does not certify the finished product, approve regulatory compliance, guarantee solvency or capacity, or replace the buyer’s legal, technical, regulatory and commercial diligence.

Raising a concern

Questions about ownership, a shortlist, confidential information or a perceived conflict should be sent to info@factorytender.com. The affected process may be paused while the concern is reviewed.
