Related business · Separate direct-enquiry option

A Sydney-based option for powder blending, suitable powder and selected liquid or gel filling, and contract packing. Product, process, packaging, quantity and timing must be reviewed for your project.

Ownership disclosure: SachetsCo Pty Ltd operates FactoryTender and can benefit commercially from direct manufacturing enquiries. SachetsCo manufacturing is excluded from bidding in the opening marketplace pilot. This separate direct-enquiry option is outside that tender process; no FactoryTender brief or files are forwarded.

A cleaner sourcing process

Stop searching factory by factory.

FactoryTender turns scattered emails, incomplete quotes and unclear fit into one controlled process.

For buyers

One brief. A better manufacturing shortlist.

Start with a no-charge fit review. Choose direct introductions when you want control, or a managed tender when you want us to prepare the RFQ, coordinate responses and normalise the quotes.

Receive an agreed introduction to a suitable manufacturer and contract directly.

Managed tender

We qualify the brief, build a shortlist, coordinate clarification and present a clean comparison.

Trust is evidence, not a badge

Know what was checked.

Before an introduction, FactoryTender states which factual checks were completed and their limits. These checks do not provide technical, regulatory, product-safety or performance approval. Payment never improves a manufacturer's verification, ranking or chance of receiving a job.

Frequently asked questions

Start with clarity.

What kinds of manufacturing jobs can I submit?

FactoryTender accepts enquiries across consumer, industrial and specialist manufacturing. The opening pilot provides deeper matching for food and beverage, supplements, cosmetics and personal care, and packaging or contract packing.

Can startups or low-MOQ projects apply?

Yes. State the affordable first run and realistic annual demand. A fit review tests whether the product, process, packaging and quantity align with the available manufacturing model; it does not guarantee that a suitable low-MOQ factory exists.

What does the opening fit review cost?

The opening fit review is free. Paid work begins only after scope, deliverables, fee and timing are confirmed in writing. Current pilot service prices are published on the pricing page.

Can overseas buyers or manufacturers apply?

They may register interest, but the active opening pilot is Australia-first. Cross-border work is assessed case by case and may wait for appropriate legal, insurance, trade and compliance review.

Is my product information public?

No. Briefs are reviewed privately. Sensitive formulas, artwork and identifying files are shared only at an agreed confidentiality stage with shortlisted manufacturers.

Who signs the manufacturing contract?

The buyer and selected manufacturer contract and pay each other directly. FactoryTender is the sourcing and tender facilitator, not the manufacturer of record.

Does SachetsCo receive FactoryTender jobs?

SachetsCo operates and funds the FactoryTender platform and also conducts contract manufacturing. This does not promise funding for a Foundry venture. Excluding SachetsCo manufacturing from bidding in the opening marketplace pilot mitigates, but does not eliminate, that potential conflict.
