These are opening-pilot service prices, not standing quotations for every job. Unusual scope, travel, laboratory work, specialist advice or third-party costs require prior written approval. There is no award percentage in the opening pilot.
Agree the pilot boundaries before work starts
Assisted brief · A$495 + applicable GST
A starting scope for one category and one product or closely related SKU family: refine the brief, agree the search boundary, make targeted introductions where fit and willingness are confirmed, and return a fit summary. Confirm the revision allowance and completion date in writing.
Managed tender · A$1,490 + applicable GST
Agree the RFQ, invitation cap, response window, clarification rounds, one comparison and handover before starting. A changed product, additional supplier round or specialist review needs separate written scope.
These fees pay for the agreed work. They do not guarantee a number of quotes, factory availability, product approval or a manufacturing result. Before accepting payment, we agree the outcome if no suitable manufacturer engages and how completed work is treated. Any applicable GST is confirmed in the written quote.
You contract and pay the manufacturer directly. Production deposits, laboratory work, technical validation, customs clearance and legal advice are outside these pilot fees unless separately agreed.
