One evidence-gated pilot

Turn one real production workflow into a repeatable AI venture.

FactoryTender Foundry is building a shortlist of experienced AI builders and commercial operators for one narrow dry-powder sample-to-scale pilot. You bring shipped work and practical judgement. SachetsCo Pty Ltd brings the decision-maker, manufacturing context and a path to a properly scoped customer job. Builder, operator and funding roles can be held by different people. Productive work starts only under a funded written scope.

Current phase: internal operating proof and buyer discovery. No application fee, free prototype or applicant funding request. Applying creates no employment, equity, investment or partnership.

First pilot only

Start with one customer job and one useful workflow.

SachetsCo can review its own workflow and prepare a synthetic demonstration now. Candidates initially show existing work. Production for this pilot requires the relevant operating approvals, funding and written scope. An internal SachetsCo service can remain the outcome without forming a new company.

Only active brief

Dry-Powder Sample-to-Scale Pilot

Problem
Our first hypothesis is that an existing brand's sachet job can move from enquiry to an approved quote, production handover and reorder with less missing information and manual effort. Buyer discovery must establish whether that improvement is valuable.
Builder remit
Start with a customer-supplied, already-approved dry-powder product. Initial candidate assessment uses existing work. SachetsCo may prepare its own synthetic demonstration; any new productive work requested from a candidate requires a funded written scope. Measure handling time, clarification rounds and delivery results within the approved pilot.
Evidence gate
First prove one paid, accepted job with actual contribution and a measured workflow result. Then seek three unrelated paying buyers and genuine repeat orders before considering a separate venture.
Boundary
This pilot covers dry powder. Production requires approval of its exact product, material and packaging lots, line settings, shared quality controls, capacity, costs and funding. Unrelated stock holds do not prevent discovery; applicable quality holds still prevent production.

A defined exchange

Know what each side contributes before work starts.

Accountable sponsor: Amir Yazdian, General Manager of SachetsCo Pty Ltd. An application earns a human review, not a speculative work request.

Before a sprint

SachetsCo defines the problem, supplies approved non-confidential context and identifies unverified operating claims. Candidates discuss existing work and their proposed role. New research, code or other productive deliverables are requested only under a funded written scope.

For productive work

A separate written scope names the payer, builder compensation, deliverables, milestones, data access, IP treatment, acceptance criteria, decision rights and exit. No free production prototype is requested.

For manufacturing

SachetsCo provides only capability, pricing, capacity and quality commitments verified for the exact pilot. The first route is customer-supplied, already-approved dry powder.

After paid proof

The parties may choose an independent-brand supply agreement, paid software or licence arrangement, or a majority-owned NewCo. The NewCo route requires explicit agreement on contribution, vesting, funding and future dilution.

Three routes after validation

A NewCo is an option, not the starting point.

Foundry needs technical delivery and commercial ownership. Those responsibilities may be shared across a builder and an operator, with funding arranged separately. It is separate from FactoryTender's neutral buyer-manufacturer tender service.

FactoryTender is operated by SachetsCo Pty Ltd, ABN 24 628 241 501. SachetsCo manufacturing remains excluded from bidding in FactoryTender's opening marketplace pilot. Foundry applicants receive no access to buyer briefs, manufacturer applications, bids, formulas, drawings or other confidential marketplace material.

Majority venture

Only after paid proof. If both sides approve a spinout, a separate NewCo may be formed with SachetsCo retaining majority ownership under definitive agreements that reflect documented contribution and risk.

Independent brand

The founder owns the brand. SachetsCo may supply manufacturing under a separate commercial agreement. This route does not require giving SachetsCo shares in the founder's company.

Paid software or licence

A proven AI capability may be supplied under a paid services or licence agreement. Productive work starts only after compensation, scope, IP and acceptance criteria are written down.

Selection process

Prove the opportunity before adding cost.

01

Five-minute shortlist

Submit one existing technical delivery or commercial launch, your contribution, a measurable result and non-confidential profile links. There is no fee and no work assignment.

02

Evidence interview

A person checks the work, role, traction, availability and commercial judgement. Reference contact requires separate authority.

03

Funded written sprint

Productive work begins only if a separate agreement identifies the payer, compensation, scope, IP, data boundaries, milestones, decision rights and exit.

04

Choose or stop

A licence, supply relationship or NewCo is considered only after paid demand and operating evidence. No route is automatic.

Who reaches interview

Evidence beats enthusiasm.

  • An existing technical delivery or commercial launch you personally contributed to
  • Measured users, customers, revenue or credible pilot evidence
  • Evidence relevant to your proposed technical or commercial role
  • Enough weekly capacity to deliver your agreed responsibilities
  • Commercial judgement and willingness to stop weak ideas
  • Acceptance that a majority-owned NewCo is one possible route
  • Candour about conflicts, failures, IP restrictions and references

Do not submit source code, credentials, formulas, customer lists, private datasets, financial records or information you are not authorised to disclose.

Important boundaries

Clear before anyone commits time or money.

Manufacturing is conditional

Feasibility, stock release, packaging, capacity, pricing, insurance, classification and compliance must be confirmed for the exact pilot.

No outcome is promised

Application, selection, production, company formation, funding, revenue, profit, valuation and returns are not guaranteed.

No relationship by implication

Discussions create no employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary duty, equity, profit rights or authority to bind another party.

Human decision, assisted workflow

A fixed score helps prioritise evidence. It never automatically accepts, rejects or contacts an applicant.

Questions before applying

The short answers.

Is this an investment platform or public share offer?

No. FactoryTender Foundry is a builder shortlist and venture-validation program. It does not accept or pool applicant money and does not publicly offer shares or returns.

Do I receive equity when I apply?

No. Applying, interviewing or validating a concept creates no equity, profit right, partnership, employment or authority. Any later structure requires signed definitive agreements.

Will SachetsCo ask me to build for free?

No productive unpaid prototype is requested. Any productive sprint requires a separate written scope that identifies the payer, compensation, deliverables, IP, data access and exit.

Can Foundry use confidential FactoryTender tender data?

No. Foundry is a separate opt-in lane. Buyer briefs, manufacturer applications, tender prices, formulas and other marketplace material are not provided to applicants or ventures.

Built something real and ready to own outcomes?

Stage one takes about five minutes. Submit existing evidence only. Shortlisted applicants receive the deeper commercial and technical review later.
